This coupler features a female USB A type connector at one end and a female USB B type connector at the other end, allowing you to extend a pair of USB A to B cables. It is compatible with USB 2.0 and backwards compatible with USB 1.0/1.1 connections. Note that the maximum reliable length for standard USB cables is about 15 feet. If you need to extend USB longer than that, we recommend the use of one of our Active USB Extender Cables.
