| This course provides an overview of the listing process, listing agreements, the role of the multiple listing service, and buyer agency as well as the applications of the Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement, the Non-Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement, and other forms. Students will learn how to analyze and address buyers' needs and wants, educate buyers, prepare a buyer presentation package, conduct showings, and effectively communicate with clients. |
