Asha Prabha designs the covers of these petite journals inspired by the story of goddess Lakshmi and Ganesha. Ideal in size to write inspiring verses, motivational quotes and personal insights, the journals' covers are screen printed to resemble vintage court documents. The journals are crafted with handmade paper, they have 46 pages each and feature a cotton cord. According to the Hindu Parthenon, one day Lakshmi asked Parwati to give her one of her sons since she had two of them, so she could experience the grace of motherhood. Assured that he would be well taken care of, and that Lakshmi's divine accomplishments would be shared with him, Parwati gave her Ganesha to adopt. That is why during the Diwali festival, Lakshmi and Ganesha are revered together.
