Hanging around as a ghost isn't all that bad. When people want you around it makes all the difference. This particular ghost was once a chain shaking, moaning attic ghost. Ever since his transition, no one wanted anything to do with him, even those cute little trick-or-treaters who dressed like him! He tried everything: opening doors for people, singing late at night, even turning on the TV when people seemed bored. All he got were screams, so his afterlife was beginning to seem pretty bleak. That was his life until you invited him to hang out on your porch. Ever since then his gig seems pretty sweet. He's not alone anymore, he's got a couple of Jack-o-lanterns to joke around with and he gets to watch all the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. The first time the mailman came to deliver the post your little ghost was nervous that he might scare the postman off, but everything remained calm and peaceful. Best of all? Your hanging ghost gets to delight all those trick-or-treaters he missed so much when he was stuck in the dusty old attic. No wonder he's always smiling.
