CAPPS Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Instant Messaging (IM) and Presence Bridge is a three-day, hands-on course that provides an option if you have taken the CCNP Voice CAPPS course, or are otherwise familiar with the content of that course, to learn the new material added to CAPPS10 to cover the latest CSR 10.6 technology.
