Two brothers fleeing justice in Montana head to Canada, where they end up on opposite sides of a range war at Fort Vengeance.Brothers Dick and Cary Ross (James Craig and Keith Larsen) join the Royal Canadian Mounted Police after escaping across the border to the north. Their knowledge of the Indians make them invaluable to the Mounties, and Dick gives up his wild ways. But Cary's recklessness incites a war with the Indians.
