Ibadan is one of the most ancient cities in Western Nigeria, and is considered to be the political center of the Yoruba people. Mukaila Ayoade pays reverence with his masterful application of watercolors on paper. The houses are all brown in color and I was inspired both by the color and by the clean environment, the artist confides.
