The ogre king, Ravana, appears as a menacing red giant. Working in acrylics, Noppadon Kamkong takes his inspiration from the Hindu epic Ramayana. When Sita is abducted by Ravana, Rama enlists the aid of Hanuman and his army of monkeys to rescue his beloved wife. In the battle that follows, Ravana is killed and his troops defeated.
