Juan Carlos Ñañake celebrates Peru's rich history and culture through his unique sense of art. Ñañake mixes an intense palette of colors featuring orange, lilac, violet, and grey hues with acrylics, oil paints and carbon pencil as he recalls his homeland's legendary weaves and textiles with their characteristic geometric patterns. He also includes a cabeza clava or mace head from the Chavin culture in the shape of a human face with feline features representing mythical beings. Titled Homenaje a la historia del Perú in Spanish.
