This course provides both MCE credit to SC real estate licensees and the Ethics Training required by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in one 4 - hour core or elective session. The course covers legal and ethical training as well as violations and penalties of the NAR Code of Ethics. You?ll use case studies and learn how the outcomes relate to the Professional Standards of Practice. This course finishes with a mock hearing that demonstrates the process used when a member is accused of violating the NAR Code of Ethics.
