By Andri Martias, this superbly crafted sculpture depicts the ubiquitous Indonesian becak rickshaw so iconic in Jogjakarta. The three wheeled taxi is crafted from brass, iron, copper and albesia wood while the realistic driver takes shape in resin. Fabric flags, a vinyl hood and rubber tires complete the image, while a recycled bicycle chain propels the wheels.
