Dionisio Quilla marks the beat of Peru's musical traditions with an small cajón drum. Quilla crafts the cajón from higuerilla wood. Literally meaning box, the cajón is hollow and features a hole on one side. The cajón is now recognized as one of Peru's cultural patrimonies. Please note a cajón drum this size does not feature the internal strings that the larger versions do, nor is it large enough to sit upon.
