Barry Allen is a busy man, and when he's done dashing around Central City battling supervillains, it's helpful to slow down a bit and reflect on the day's adventures. You can do the same with The Flash Hardcover Journal, a nice sturdy notebook in which to keep track of your equally jam-packed schedule. It's not the same as super-speed powers, but something about having a well-organized journal just makes everything seem a bit less frantic.
