A wide field of turquoise blue hosts gilded images from Peru's Nazca Plain. Felipe Girón recreates the hummingbird, monkey and spider from the UNESCO World Heritage some 200 miles south of Lima. Painting the motifs by hand on the reverse side of glass, he uses a technique that dates to the 19th century. The crystal sheet covers a gilded tray with handles.
